摘  要:水富云天化废水减排装置,因高浓盐水中二氧化硅含量较高,纳滤膜前的二氧化硅含量达到100~150 mg/L,膜的使用寿命较短,只有8~12个月。此外,进入蒸发系统的二氧化硅,又会在管道内结垢,堵塞设备和管道,影响装置连续稳定运行。为了解决这个问题,在去除二氧化硅工艺方面进行了多项实验研究,取得了较好的效果。The wastewater reduction device of our company has a high content of silicon dioxide in the high concentration saltwater,with the silicon dioxide content before the nanofiltration membrane reaching 100-150 mg/L.Affected by this,the service life of the membrane is relatively short,only 8-12 months.The silicon dioxide entering the evaporation system will also scale in the pipes,blocking equipment and pipelines,and affecting the continuous and stable operation of the device.To solve this problem,technicians have carried out a number of experimental studies on the removal of silicon dioxide.This paper mainly studies and discusses the removal technology of silicon dioxide from high concentration saltwater.
