摘  要:(目的)为了降低油井断爆故障率,提高施工成功率,并研究形成针对性断爆问题的技术对策。(方法)通过对C1H井出井工具的状态,结合作业期间出现的情况,深入剖析了C1H井射孔断爆原因,并对工艺和工具进行了优化。(结果)分析结果认为,C1H井出现断爆情况主要是因为射孔器材质量问题以及装配操作不规范导致。(结论)形成的针对性对策为:改进器材缺陷,提高工程装配质量,控制基础器材质量,加强操作技能减少外部影响等。采取综合治理的办法,加强对产品、工艺、操作、环境等环节的把控,以降低射孔断爆的发生概率。To further reduce the failure rate of oil well rupture and improve the success rate of construction,and to study and form targeted technical countermeasures for rupture problems,this article deeply analyzes the causes of perforation rupture in C1H well by analyzing the status of C1H well exit tools and the phenomena that occur during operation,and optimizes the process and tools.The analysis results indicate that the rupture of well C1H is mainly due to quality issues with perforating equipment and improper assembly operations.The targeted countermeasures formed are:improving equipment defects,enhancing engineer assembly quality,forming targeted technical countermeasures from basic equipment quality control,strengthening operational skills,and reducing external influences,adopting comprehensive management methods,strengthening control over product,process,operation,environment and other links,and reducing the probability of perforation and explosion.
