党参移栽机的关键部件研究及整机设计

摘  要:设计了一种手扶挠性圆盘式党参移栽机,旨在提高党参种植效率和成活率,解决传统移栽方式中存在的劳动强度大、效率低等问题。介绍了移栽机的总体结构及工作原理,并分析了移栽机构、开沟器和覆土镇压装置的设计特点与技术参数。该移栽机能满足党参移栽的农艺要求,提高移栽的均匀性和效率,对党参机械化种植的发展与应用提供理论依据与技术参考。This paper designed a hand-held flexible disc transplanting machine for Codonopsis pilosula,aiming to improve the planting efficiency and survival rate of Codonopsis pilosula,while addressing issues such as high labor intensity and low efficiency associated with traditional transplanting methods.This paper introduced the overall structure of the transplanting machine,key components,and working principles,and analyzed the design features and technical parameters of the transplanting mechanism,furrowing device,and soil covering and compaction device.This transplanting machine could meet the agronomic requirements for Codonopsis pilosula transplantation while enhancing the uniformity and efficiency of the transplanting process,providing theoretical basis and technical reference for the development and application of mechanized Codonopsis pilosula cultivation.
