摘  要:针对现有滴灌带抗泥砂堵塞试验装置存在试验用水不能充分循环利用、浑水配比不均匀、试验样品安装铺设不规范等问题,设计出一种能够解决上述问题、操作性强、检验检测准确性高、满足多种规格型号、高效的抗泥砂堵塞性能试验的装置,并根据相关国家标准进行了重复性和再现性试验。优化结果显示,试验装置的综合性能好,为滴灌带抗堵塞性能检验提供了有效保障。In view of the existing problems in the prior art,such as insufficient recycling of test water,uneven ratio of muddy water and non-standard installation and laying of test samples,a device which can solve the above problems,has strong operability,high inspection and detection accuracy,meets various specifications and models,and is highly efficient in anti-mud and sand clogging performance test was designed,and repeatability and reproducibility tests were carried out according to relevant national standards.The optimization results showed that the comprehensive performance of the test device was good,which provided an effective guarantee for the test of anti-plugging performance of drip irrigation belt.
