摘  要:为解决现有电子秤在硬件性能和软件功能上的不足,实现高精度称质量、多功能操作及便捷的数据监控与读取,满足日常计量和商业计价等场景需求,设计了一款单片机智能电子秤系统。硬件层面,选用STC89C54作为主控制器,搭配集成度高、响应速度快的HX711型电阻-应变式负载传感器,选用价格低廉且兼具速度与精度优势的ADC0832作为模数转换芯片,并设计了各硬件模块的接口电路;软件层面,采用C语言进行模块化编程。设计的单片机智能电子秤测量范围在0~10 kg,精度偏差不超过±0.001 kg,具备显示时间、计算价格、电子语音播报、蓝牙传输数据至手机App实时查询操作、超额预警等功能。This study aimed to design a single-chip intelligent electronic scale system to address the shortcomings of existing electronic scales in hardware performance and software functionality,achieve high-precision weighing,multifunctional operation,and convenient data monitoring and reading,and meet the needs of daily measurement and commercial pricing scenarios.On the hardware level,STC89C54 was selected as the main controller,paired with HX711 type resistance strain load sensor with high integration and fast response speed.To solve the signal transmission problem,INA128 amplifier was added,and ADC0832,which was inexpensive and had both speed and accuracy advantages,was selected as the analog-to-digital conversion chip.The interface circuits of each hardware module were designed in detail.At the software level,C language is used for modular programming.The electronic scale measured a weight range of 0~10 kg,with a weight deviation of no more than±0.001 kg.It had functions such as displaying time,calculating price,electronic voice broadcasting,Bluetooth data transmission to mobile App for real-time query operation,and over limit warning.
