摘　　要：农业技术培训作为农民提高技能、促进农民就业的手段,在农业现代化和农村经济转型进程中发挥着重要作用。深入邯郸市尚璧镇,采用问卷调查的方式收集了农民参与农业技术培训的情况、就业变化、收入情况及培训满意度等数据,揭示了农业技术培训对农民就业影响的具体机制及其背后的因素,为相关政策的制定和实施提供了理论与实践支持。As a means for farmers to improve their skills and promote their employment,agricultural technical training plays an important role in the process of agricultural modernization and rural economic transformation.In Shangbi Town of Handan City,a questionnaire survey was used to collect data such as farmers'participation in agricultural technology training,employment changes,income and training satisfaction.By analyzing these data,the specific mechanism of agricultural technology training's impact on farmers'employment and the factors behind it were revealed,providing theoretical and practical support for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies.
