摘  要:为了探讨甘肃地区干旱胁迫对薄壳核桃果实品质的影响,设计了CK(不干旱胁迫组)、T_(1)(轻度干旱胁迫组)、T_(2)(中度干旱胁迫组)和T_(3)(重度干旱胁迫组)4个不同等级的干旱胁迫组进行试验,于收获季进行核桃果实品质鉴定。结果发现,干旱胁迫的程度越高,对薄壳核桃青皮果的外在品质和坚果品质影响越大,同时影响核桃的内在品质。In order to investigate the effects of drought stress on the fruit quality of thin-shell walnut in Gansu Province,four drought stress groups were designed for the identification of walnut fruit quality during the harvest.The results showed that the higher the degree of drought stress,the greater the influence on the external quality and nut quality of the thin shell walnut,and the inner quality of the walnut.
