摘 要:为了探讨人工追肥对樟子松苗木生长和内源激素含量的影响,设置氮磷钾不同施肥比例的5个处理,于2022年2月15日—10月15日对西宁市湟中区的樟子松苗进行试验,测定根、茎、叶干物质积累量和樟子松苗木的内源激素含量。结果发现,氮磷钾肥的施肥比例为3∶1∶1时更有利于樟子松苗根、茎、叶干物质的积累,且内源激素含量更有利于樟子松苗木生长。In order to investigate the effects of artificial topdressing on the growth and endogenous hormone content of Pinus sylvestris seedlings,five treatments with different fertilization ratios of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium were set up to conduct an experiment on Pinus sylvestris seedlings in Huangzhong District of Xining City,from February 15 to October 15,2022.After the experiment,dry matter accumulation in roots,stems and leaves and endogenous hormone content of Pinus sylvestris seedlings were measured.The results showed that the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilization ratio of 3∶1∶1 was more conducive to the accumulation of dry matter in the roots,stems and leaves,and the endogenous hormone content was more conducive to the growth of Pinus sylvestris seedlings.
