摘　　要：冰雪旅游作为冬季旅游的重要组成部分,在推动地方经济发展和提升文化软实力方面发挥着日益显著的作用。本文聚焦于黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业的发展,特别是在后亚冬会时代背景下,探讨其发展趋势与优化路径。黑龙江省作为中国冰雪旅游产业的发源地,拥有得天独厚的冰雪资源和深厚的文化底蕴,近年来在政策扶持和市场需求的共同推动下,冰雪旅游产业取得了长足的进步。随着冰雪旅游市场的竞争加剧和消费者需求的多样化,黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业也面临着诸多挑战。如何在保持传统冰雪文化特色的同时,实现冰雪旅游产业的创新发展和转型升级,成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。As an important part of winter tourism,ice and snow tourism plays an increasingly significant role in promoting local economic development and enhancing cultural soft power.This paper focuses on the development of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province,especially in the context of the Asian Winter Games,and discusses its development trend and optimization path.As the birthplace of China's ice and snow tourism,Heilongjiang Province has unique ice and snow resources and profound cultural heritage.In recent years,driven by policy support and market demand,ice and snow tourism has made great progress.With the increasing competition in the ice and snow tourism market and the diversification of consumer demand,the ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province is also facing many challenges.How to realize the innovative development,transformation and upgrading of ice and snow tourism while maintaining the characteristics of traditional ice and snow culture has become an important issue in front of us.
