摘　　要：通过分析国内外自贸区发展历程,聚焦海南自贸区的发展现状,并总结其特色,本研究指出:在战略层面,海南自由贸易港对中国经济转型和开放具有重要意义;在实施路径方面,针对政策法规、重点产业以及创新驱动策略提出具体设计,旨在构建一个高效、开放的自由贸易环境。通过比较国内外成功案例,本研究评估了海南自由贸易港模式的适用性,并在区域经济合作框架下,着重分析了亟须构建的协同发展机制和面临的挑战,提出可行对策。By analyzing the development process of domestic and foreign free trade zones and describing the current situation and characteristics of the Hainan Free Trade Zone,this study points out that the Hainan Free Trade Port is of great significance to China's economic transformation and opening up at the strategic level.In terms of implementation path,specific designs are proposed for policy regulations,key industries,and innovation-driven strategies,aiming to create an efficient and open free trade environment.Through comparing successful cases both domestically and internationally,this study evaluates the applicability of the Hainan Free Trade Port model and,within the framework of regional economic cooperation,focuses on analyzing the urgently needed collaborative development mechanisms and challenges faced,and proposes feasible strategies.
