摘  要:基于姿态识别技术的风筒供风状态检测传感器可实现长时间连续监测煤矿井下掘进工作面或采煤工作面局部通风机风筒开关状态,为提高基于姿态识别技术的风筒供风状态检测传感器工作可靠性和测量准确性,设计了一种调校装置。该装置可以在传感器的生产过程、出厂合格检验、现场使用中对检测夹角的零点、线性度及精度进行调校,能够方便、快捷、准确地对风筒供风状态检测传感器进行零点、线性度及精度校准,调校方法便捷高效,有助于基于倾角检测原理的姿态识别技术的矿用风筒供风状态检测传感器的推广和应用,推动了安全监控系统检测层设备的技术升级。The sensor for detecting the air duct supply status based on posture recognition technology can achieve long-term continuous monitoring of the switch status of the local ventilation fan air duct in the underground tunneling face or coal mining face of the coal mine.To improve the reliability and measurement accuracy of the air duct supply status detection sensor based on posture recognition technology,designed a calibration device.This device can calibrate the zero point,linearity and accuracy of the detection angle during the production process,factory qualification inspection and on-site use of the sensor.It can conveniently,quickly and accurately calibrate the zero point,linearity and accuracy of the air duct supply status detection sensor.The calibration method is convenient and efficient,which helps to promote and apply the posture recognition technology based on the inclination angle detection principle of the mining air duct supply status detection sensor,and promotes the technological upgrade of the detection layer equipment of the safety monitoring system.
