摘  要:为了实现煤炭的智能开采和精准开采,开展煤矿井下工作面自然伽马、测斜与窥视等多方法孔中物探。提出了一种环形键槽式快速联接推杆结构用以输送孔中物探仪器,通过对快速联接推杆结构进行总体方案设计、结构设计、机械加工与工况测试,对设计理念进行了充分验证。测试结果表明:快速联接推杆整体应用联接便捷、可靠,抗拉、抗扭强度高,明显提高孔中物探使用安全性;应用过程中因联接产生的无效工作时间少,工作量小,明显提高孔中物探施工效率。In order to achieve intelligent and precise mining of coal,multi-method borehole geophysical exploration such as natural gamma,inclinometry and optical inspection was carried out in the underground working face of coal mine.A ring-keyway quick connecting rod structure has been proposed for conveying borehole geophysical exploration instrument.Through the overall planning design,structural design,mechanical processing and field testing of the quick connecting rod structure,the design concept has been fully verified.The test results show that the quick connecting rod is convenient and reliable to use as a whole,with high tensile and torsional strength,significantly improving the safety of borehole geophysical exploration usage;the invalid working time caused by connection during the application process is reduced,and the workload is small,significantly improving the efficiency of borehole geophysical exploration construction.
