摘  要:介绍了梭车运输系统的组成、结构特点、使用工况,建立了该运输系统物理模型,计算确定了运输系统最小驱动功率、最大驱动功率和额定转矩等重要参数指标。结合工况特点和实践经验,设计了一种具有短时断续工作、启动转矩高、运行负载小、过载能力强的梭车专用运输电机,验证分析了运输电机的实验数据。结果表明:运输电机空载特性实验和堵转特性实验数据与实际工况基本一致,电机效率提升至90.4%,最高温度为48.5℃,确保了电机的使用寿命和工作效率。为今后的工程实践对比验证积累了参考数据,也为后续相关设计提供了实践指导。The composition,structural features and operating conditions of the shuttle car transportation system were introduced,and the physical model of this transportation system was established,the minimum driving power,maximum driving power and rated torque of the transportation system were calculated and determined.Based on the characteristics of working conditions and practical experience,a special transport motor for shuttle car with short-time intermittent work,high starting torque,small running load and strong overload capacity was designed,the experimental data of the transport motor were verified and analyzed.The results show that the experimental data of no-load performance and lock-up performance of the motor are basically consistent with the actual working conditions.The motor efficiency is increased to 90.4%,and the maximum temperature is 48.5℃,the utility model ensures the service life and the working efficiency of the motor.It accumulates the reference data for the contrast and verification of engineering practice in the future,and also provides the practical guidance for the follow-up design.
