摘 要:阐述了一种新型薄煤层采煤机电缆保护装置的结构及工作原理。该装置利用杠杆原理,既实现了电缆受力状态实时监测,又实现了采煤机电缆受非正常力时破断保护。通过有限元分析软件对电缆保护装置进行了模态分析并对剪切销轴进行破断分析。模态分析结果表明,电缆保护装置各阶固有频率极低,可近似为刚体模态,即不会受到采煤机截割振动频率的影响;剪切销轴云图结果显示等效应力和变形均达到了破断效果,起到了保护作用。Elaborated on the structure and working principle of a new type of cable protection device for thin coal seam shearer.This device utilizes the lever principle to achieve real-time monitoring of cable stress status and protection against cable breakage when the shearer cable is subjected to abnormal forces.Modal analysis was conducted on the cable protection device using finite element analysis software,and the shear pin shaft was analyzed for breakage.The modal analysis results show that the natural frequencies of each order of the cable protection device is extremely low and can be approximated as a rigid body mode,which is not affected by the cutting vibration frequency of the shearer;the shear pin axis cloud map results show that both the equivalent stress and deformation have achieved a breaking effect,providing protection.
