摘  要:为达到掘进工作面截煤连续性、支护连续性、运输连续性的目的,充分发挥设备潜能,设计了一种煤矿用七臂槽形通道钻车。该钻车与掘锚机、可弯曲二运转载架等快掘系统装备相配套使用,钻车机身上方设有多钻臂结构,跟随掘锚机后方进行巷道多点锚杆、锚索支护作业,同时钻车机身下部设置有槽形通道结构可保证物料的连续性运输。该钻车可与快掘系统装备配套使用,适用于多装备多工序配合施工的方式,使各工序衔接更加紧密,真正实现了掘、支、运平行作业,大幅提升了掘进效率。In order to achieve the goal of continuous coal cutting,supporting and transporting in the excavation working face,and make full use of equipment,a seven-arm groove-shaped channel drilling vehicle for coal mine has been designed.The drilling vehicle is used in conjunction with fast excavation system equipment such as anchor excavator and bendable secondary transport rack.The upper part of the drilling vehicle body is equipped with a multi drilling arm structure,which follows the anchor excavator to carry out multi-point anchoring and cable anchoring operations in the roadway.At the same time,the lower part of the drilling vehicle body is equipped with a groove-shaped channel structure to ensure the continuous transportation of materials.This drilling vehicle can be used in conjunction with fast excavation system equipment.It is suitable for the construction of multi-equipment and multi-process cooperation,which makes the connection of various processes more closely,truly realizes the parallel operation of excavation,support and transportation,and greatly improves the excavation efficiency.
