摘 要:为解决综采面回采巷道超前支护存在顶板下沉量大的问题,设计了一种无反复加载的超前支护门式支架。根据支架与围岩强度耦合理论建立了采动影响下的支架与围岩力学模型,运用FLAC3D软件模拟了在不同支护情况下的巷道顶板下沉情况。结果表明,该支架可以有效避免出现移架过程中对顶板反复加载的现象并提高了煤矿开采自动化水平,采用该支架后巷道顶板下沉量较其他支护方式明显减少。To solve the problem of significant roof subsidence in advanced support for mining roadway in fully mechanized mining face,designed an advanced support gantry support without repeated loading.Based on the coupling theory of support and surrounding rock strength,a mechanical model of the support and surrounding rock under mining influence was established,and FLAC3D software was used to simulate the roof subsidence of the roadway under different support conditions.The results indicate that this support can effectively avoid the phenomenon of repeated loading on the roof during the moving support process and improve the automation level of coal mining,after adopting this support,the subsidence of the roadway roof is significantly reduced compared to other support methods.
