摘  要:钻机是煤矿井下坑道钻探的主导设备。为研究钻机的振动特性,以分体式全液压动力头式钻机为例,对钻机主机在3种工况下6个关键位置进行振动测试。结果表明:高速低扭矩工况下减速器上部是主机振动最大位置;拖板与导轨联接较为可靠;主机底座通过螺栓与地面联接可以有效降低机体振动;一定负载可以使主机振动降低,但转速对主机振动影响较大。该研究可以为钻机振动特性试验与运行状态监测提供一定借鉴。The drilling rig is the dominant equipment for underground tunnel drilling in coal mine.To study the vibration characteristics of the drilling rig,taking the split type fully hydraulic power head drilling rig as an example,vibration tests were conducted on the main machine of the drilling rig at six key positions under three working conditions.The results show that the upper part of the reducer is the position with the maximum vibration of the main machine under high-speed and low-torque working conditions.The connection between the supporting plate and the guide rail is relatively reliable.The connection between the main machine base and the ground through bolts can effectively reduce the vibration of the machine body.A certain load can reduce the vibration of the main machine,but the speed has a significant impact on the main machine vibration.This study can provide some reference for the vibration characteristics testing and operation status monitoring of drilling rig.
