摘　　要：针对以孔代巷探查钻孔施工期间可能遇到过构造带、破碎围岩等情况时长距离定向钻孔内会出现不返水、不返渣现象可能导致卡钻等安全事故,通过对定向注浆装备及工艺的研究,利用混合浆液对发育裂隙进行充填改造。经理论研究和地面试验,确定了完好条件下的封隔器胶套膨胀最低压力为5 MPa、启封爆破阀的最小额定压力为不小于8 MPa,具有较好密封阻断效果;在伯方煤矿1503工作面轨道顺槽开展现场定点注浆试验,对孔内87 m深度的破碎带影响区域进行注浆治理后,验证注浆影响范围达到了22 m,取得显著的注浆改造效果。In view that the situation of over-structure belt and broken surrounding rock may be encountered during the exploration of drilling construction of replacing roadway with hole,there will be no return of water and slag in long-distance directional drilling,which may lead to stuck drilling and other safety accidents,through the research of directional grouting equipment and technology,mixed slurry was used to fill the developed cracks.Through theoretical research and ground tests,determined the minimum expansion pressure of the packer rubber sleeve under intact conditions is 5 MPa,and the minimum rated pressure of the opening and blasting valve is not less than 8 MPa,which has a good sealing and blocking effect.The field fixed point grouting test was carried out in the track channeling of 1503 working face of Bofang coal mine.After the grouting treatment was carried out on the affected area of the zone with a depth of 87 m in the hole,it was verified that the influence range of the grouting reached 22 m,and remarkable grouting transformation effect was obtained.
