摘  要:风机在矿井通风中起着至关重要的作用,是保障煤炭安全开采的关键设备。受无轴泵喷推进器的启发,结合矿用对旋轴流风机的特点,探究中心导流罩的有无对新型对旋轮缘驱动风机气动性能的影响。利用专业叶轮机械设计软件CFturbo对叶片进行气动外形设计,基于SSTκ-ε湍流模型和多重坐标系对风机有无中心导流罩2种形式下的内部流场进行稳态数值计算与分析。研究表明,配备中心导流罩的对旋轮缘驱动风机在效率和压升性能上均优于无中心导流罩风机,并能有效抑制叶轮中心的气流回流及两叶轮中间的涡流现象。研究结果为后续风机设计与优化提供了参考。The fan plays a vital role in mine ventilation and is the key equipment to ensure the safe mining of coal.Inspired by the shaftless pump jet propeller,combined with the characteristics of the mining counter-rotating axial flow fan,the influence of the presence or absence of the central shroud on the aerodynamic performance of the new counter-rotating rim-driven fan was explored.The aerodynamic shape design of the blade was carried out by using the professional impeller mechanical design software CFturbo.Based on the SSTκ-εturbulence model and multiple coordinate systems,the steady-state numerical calculation and analysis of the internal flow field of the fan with or without the central shroud were carried out.The results show that the counter-rotating rim-driven fan equipped with a central shroud is superior to the fan without a central shroud in terms of efficiency and pressure rise performance,and can effectively suppress the airflow backflow in the center of the impeller and the vortex phenomenon between the two impellers.The research results provide reference for the subsequent fan design and optimization.
