摘 要:提出了一种适用于狭小空间的采掘类设备截割高度测量方法。该方法安装操作简单、方便拆装维护、省时省力、不会被煤矿井下的污染物污染,实现了对采掘设备回转轴的实时测量,同时大大提高了测量精度,保证了采掘类设备在运动过程中的稳定运行,可防止截割臂偏离轨道和碰撞损伤,减少了操作人员手动控制环节,提高了煤矿开采的稳定性和效率。Proposed a method for measuring the cutting height of mining equipment suitable for narrow spaces,which installation and operation are simple,is easy to disassemble and maintain with time-saving and labor-saving,and will not be contaminated by pollutants in underground coal mine.It realizes real-time measurement of the rotating axis of mining equipment,greatly improves measurement accuracy,ensures stable operation of mining equipment during movement,can prevent cutting arm from deviating from the track and collision damage,reduces manual control by operators,and improves the stability and efficiency of coal mining.
