摘  要:针对煤矿液压支架液压系统动态稳定性、安全保护、使用寿命方面的难题,以某型煤矿液压支架液压系统安全阀为研究对象,对安全阀工作原理及组成结构进行分析,运用AMESim对液压支架液压系统安全阀动态特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:随着仿真时间增加,安全阀阀口的流量呈现先迅速增加、后减小再增加、最后基本保持不变的趋势;随着仿真时间增加,安全阀阀口的压力呈现先迅速增加、后减保持不变、再增加最后基本保持不变的趋势;不同溢流孔、搭合量等参数下,安全阀阀口的压力大小及变化趋势存在差异;在刚度375 N/mm、溢流孔24个、搭合量4 mm时,安全阀阀口流量的变化率更小,更趋于稳定。该研究为煤矿液压支架液压系统安全阀安全保护、动态稳定性及寿命提升等方面提供技术支撑。In response to the difficult problems of dynamic stability,safety protection and service life of hydraulic system for coal mine hydraulic support,the safety valve of a certain type of coal mine hydraulic support hydraulic system has been taken as the research object,the working principle and composition structure of the safety valve has been analyzed,and the dynamic characteristics of the safety valve of the hydraulic support hydraulic system has been simulated and analyzed by AMESim.The simulation results show that as the simulation time increases,the flow rate of the safety valve port shows a trend of first rapidly increasing,then decreasing and then increasing,and finally remaining basically unchanged;as the simulation time increases,the pressure at the safety valve port shows a trend of first rapidly increasing,then decreasing and remaining unchanged,then increasing and finally remaining basically unchanged;there are differences in the magnitude and trend of the pressure at the safety valve port under different parameters such as overflow holes and overlap amounts;when the stiffness is 375 N/mm,there are 24 overflow holes,and the overlap amount is 4 mm,the rate of change in the flow rate of the safety valve port is smaller and more stable.The research provides technical support for the safety protection,dynamic stability and service life improvement of safety valves in coal mine hydraulic support hydraulic system.
