掘进机截割头的材料选择与耐磨性研究

摘  要:掘进机截割头在复杂岩层作业中易遭受高强度磨损,频繁更换导致作业成本高昂且影响施工进度。为了提升设备使用寿命和工作效率,对不同基体材料(高锰钢、硬质合金、氧化铝基复合陶瓷、304不锈钢)对掘进机截割头耐磨性的影响进行详细分析。结果表明,硬质合金表现出最低的质量损失率(0.03 g/h)和最高的维氏硬度(871 HV),显示出最佳的耐磨性能。在实际应用中,应根据具体的工作环境和要求,选择合适的基体材料,以提高掘进机截割头的使用寿命,降低维护成本。The cutting head of roadheader is prone to high strength wear in complex rock formation operation,and frequent replacement leads to high operating cost and affects the construction schedule.In order to improve the service life and work efficiency of the equipment,the influence of different matrix materials(high manganese steel,cemented carbide,alumina composite ceramics,304 stainless steel)on the wear resistance of the cutting head of the roadheader was analyzed in detail.The results show that the cemented carbide exhibits the lowest mass loss rate(0.03 g/h)and the highest Vickers hardness(871 HV),showing the best wear resistance.In practical applications,the appropriate matrix material should be selected according to the specific working environment and requirements to improve the service life of the cutting head of the roadheader and reduce maintenance costs.
