摘  要:煤矿井下泵站系统通常采用电磁卸载阀进行调压,通过电磁先导阀的通断电控制卸载阀的动作,进而控制泵站系统的增压和卸荷。其响应速度是影响系统压力稳定性的关键。电磁先导阀的开启速度过慢,会造成系统压力过低,影响工作面的正常开采。为了提升泵站电磁先导阀的开启速度,对其阀芯受力情况进行了分析,搭建了先导阀系统数学方程。结合MTALAB仿真软件,找出了影响泵站电磁先导阀开启速率的关键参数,为电磁先导阀的改进优化设计提供了理论支撑。The underground pumping station system in coal mine usually uses electromagnetic unloading valve for pressure regulation,the action of the unloading valve is controlled by the power on and off of the electromagnetic pilot valve,thereby controlls the pressurization and unloading of the pumping station system.Its response speed is the key factor affecting the stability of the system pressure.If the opening speed of the electromagnetic pilot valve is too slow,it will cause the system pressure to be too low,affecting the normal mining of the working face.In order to improve the opening speed of the electromagnetic pilot valve in the pumping station,the force on the valve core was analyzed,and the mathematical equation of the pilot valve system was constructed.Combined with MTALAB simulation software,the key parameters affecting the opening speed of the electromagnetic pilot valve in the pumping station were identified,providing theoretical support for the improvement and optimization design of the electromagnetic pilot valve.
