摘 要:刀形截齿作为提高块煤率的主要刀具之一,其截割参数的不同都会影响到煤矿的出煤效率。首先分析了刀形截齿整体结构,然后利用单轴压缩试验对煤岩的微观参数进行标定,建立刀形截齿的离散元截割模型。通过对截齿截割过程的模拟,分析了刀形截齿受载及煤岩截割的过程,最后依据截线距、切削速度和截割深度建立了刀形截齿破岩比能耗的响应回归模型,并以此优化截线距、切削速度和截割深度,为刀形截齿设计及排布等方面提供了参考。As one of the main cutting tools to improve the block coal rate,the different cutting performances of the flat pick affect the coal output efficiency of coal mine.Firstly,analyzed the overall structure of the flat pick,then used a uniaxial compression test to calibrate the microscopic parameters of coal and rock,and established a discrete element cutting model of the flat pick.By simulating the cutting process of the flat pick,analyzed the load bearing and coal and rock cutting process of the flat pick,and then established a response regression model of the rock breaking energy consumption ratio based on the cutting line distance,cutting speed and cutting depth,and optimized the cutting line distance,cutting speed and cutting depth accordingly,which provides reference for the design and arrangement of flat pick.
