摘  要:锚杆支护是煤矿井下影响巷道掘进效率的主要因素之一,钻架是实施锚杆支护作业的主要装置。为了充分认识和重视钻架的失效问题,系统梳理了钻架的主要失效技术路线图,详细总结了钻架的主要失效模式及原因,最后提出了减少或预防钻架失效的具体对策和措施,为从业人员减少钻架故障率、提高可靠性提供了参考。Anchored support is one of the main factors influencing the roadway excavation efficiency in underground coal mine,and the drilling frame is the main device for conducting anchored support operations.To fully understand and attach importance to the failure issues of the drilling frame,the main failure technical roadmap of the drilling frame was systematically reviewed.The main failure modes and causes of the drilling frame were elaborately summarized.Finally,specific countermeasures and measures for reducing or preventing the failure of the drilling frame were put forward,providing references for practitioners to lower the failure rate of the drilling frame and enhance its reliability.
