摘  要:采用Q460C高强钢板的液压支架侧护板在压形工序中出现开裂。对侧护板开裂位置取样进行成分及力学性能分析、金相组织检验、非金属夹杂物检测,并与压形未开裂的其他厂家Q460C钢板进行对比。成分分析结果表明,压形开裂钢板的C元素含量0.15%,未开裂Q460C钢板的C元素含量0.065%,较高的C元素含量影响了钢板的塑性;金相组织检验结果表明,压形开裂钢板的带状组织为4级,未开裂钢板的带状组织为2级,钢板内部的带状偏析影响了钢板垂直于轧制方向的塑性;非金属夹杂物检测结果表明,压形开裂钢板的非金属夹杂物等级大于3级,未开裂钢板的非金属夹杂物等级为0.5级,钢板内部非金属夹杂物尺寸过大会成为压形开裂的起裂源。综上所述,钢板的C元素含量较高,且内部存在大量的带状组织和较大尺寸的非金属夹杂物是造成液压支架侧护板压形开裂的主要原因。The side shields made of Q460C high-strength steel plate used in hydraulic supports were found to crack during the bending process.Samples were taken from the cracked areas of the side shields for analysis of chemical composition and mechanical properties,microstructure examination,and inspection of non-metallic inclusions,and compared with those of other manufacturers Q460C steel plates that did not crack during bending.The analysis of chemical composition show that the C element content in the bending-cracked steel plate is 0.15%,while the C element content in the non-cracked Q460C steel plate is 0.065%,and the higher C element content affects the plasticity of the steel plate.The results of microstructure examination show that the banded structure in the bending-cracked steel plate is grade 4,while the banded structure in the non-cracked steel plate is grade 2,and the banded segregation in the steel plate affects its plasticity perpendicular to the rolling direction.The results of inspection of non-metallic inclusions show that the non-metallic inclusion grade in the bending-cracked steel plate was greater than grade 3,while the non-metallic inclusion grade in the non-cracked steel plate is grade 0.5,and the large size of the non-metallic inclusions in the steel plate would become the starting point for bending cracking.In summary,the high C element content,and the large amount of banded structure and large-sized non-metallic inclusions in the steel plate are the main reasons for the bending cracking of the hydraulic support side shield.
