摘  要:针对综掘巷道掘进-支护无法平行作业、支护时间冗长的问题,设计了一种综掘双联多组自移迈步式临时支架,用于巷道临时支护,具有支护高度、宽度可调节及迈步自主移动的特点。以内蒙古某煤矿地质条件为背景,分析巷道、围岩关系,得到综掘临时支架的支护强度需求。利用有限元分析方法对支架进行力学分析,结果表明,该支架可满足煤矿支护需求。研究成果可推动掘进-支护平行作业的进一步发展。Aiming at the problem that the excavation-support of the fully mechainized excavation roadway can not parallel operation and the support time is long,a kind of fully mechainized excavation double link multi-group self moving stepping temporary support was designed for the temporary support of the roadway,which has the features of adjustable supporting height and width as well as autonomous stepping movement.With the geological conditions of a coal mine in Inner Mongolia as the background,the relationship between the surrounding rocks and the roadway was analyzed to obtain the support strength requirements for the temporary support of the fully mechanized excavation.Using finite element analysis method to perform the mechanical analysis of the support,the results show that this support can meet the support needs of coal mine.The research results can promote the further development of parallel operation of excavation-support.
