摘  要:夹持器卡瓦是煤矿井下钻机实现上下钻杆与正常施工的关键部件之一。随着钻机服役时间的增长,卡瓦齿面将发生疲劳失效。采用正交法开展仿真研究,探究不同几何因素对卡瓦齿寿命的影响。结果表明,齿槽宽对卡瓦寿命的影响最大,齿形角影响最小。在设计卡瓦时宜取卡瓦贴合角为100°、齿槽宽为2.4 mm、卡瓦齿形角为135°、齿面积为32 mm^(2)、齿面长宽比为0.5。研究结果可为煤矿井下钻机卡瓦齿形设计提供参考。The clamp slip is one of the key components of underground coal mine drilling rig for achieving up and down drilling pipe and normal construction.As the service time of the drilling rig increases,the tooth surface of the slip will fail due to fatigue.Used the orthogonal method to carry out a simulation study to explore the impact of different geometric factors on the life of the slip.The results show that the width of the tooth groove has the greatest impact on the life of the slip,while the angle of the tooth shape has the least impact.When designing the slip,it is advisable to take the slip fit angle as 100°,the width of the tooth groove as 2.4 mm,the angle of the tooth shape as 135°,the tooth area as 32 mm^(2),and the length-width ratio of the tooth surface as 0.5.The research results can provide a reference for the design of the tooth shape of the slip for underground coal mine drilling rig.
