摘 要:介绍了大切割力轮斗挖掘机主臂架系统的结构形式及工作时的受力特点,基于MSC Nastran对水平挖掘工况下的主臂架系统进行了约束模态分析,利用灵敏度分析技术明确了优化对象,提出结构合理优化的方法。采用模态法对优化后的结构进行瞬态动力学分析,结合振型叠加理论评估了大型空间组合式臂架系统的振动特性,给出此类结构合理的模态截取数量的有效参考方法。Introduced the structural form of the main boom system and stress characteristics during operation of a high cutting force wheel bucket excavator.Based on MSC Nastran,a constrained modal analysis was conducted on the main boom system under horizontal excavation conditions.Sensitivity analysis technology was used to clarify the optimization object and a reasonable structural optimization method was proposed.The transient dynamic analysis of the optimized structure was carried out using modal method,and the vibration characteristics of a large spatial combined boom system were evaluated using the theory of mode superposition.An effective reference method for the reasonable number of modal intercepts of such structures was provided.
