摘 要:在单元式超前支架的顶梁两端集中载荷工况下,顶梁在立柱和垫块处的作用力下产生挠曲变形。由于顶梁为易破坏部件,对ZQ4000/15/30型单元式超前支架在该工况下进行强度仿真分析,对仿真过程中常见的应力奇异问题进行了讨论,并对主肋处的高应力区域进行了局部优化。研究结果对其他液压支架设计和有限元仿真分析具有一定参考价值。Under the condition of concentrated loads on both ends of the top beam of the unit-type advance support,the top beam generates deflection deformation under the forces at the column and pad.Since the top beam is a component prone to damage,a strength simulation analysis of the ZQ4000/15/30 unit-type advance support was conducted under such working condition,common stress singularity issues encountered during the simulation were discussed,and local optimization was conducted on the high-stress areas at the main reinforcement.The research results provide valuable reference for the design of other hydraulic supports and finite element simulation analysis.
