摘  要:瓦斯抽采钻孔漏气通道检测装置探头位置依赖人工辨识和录入,繁琐易出错,导致孔内瓦斯气体参数测量数据与测点位置对应错乱,影响漏气通道位置判定。设计利用霍尔传感器自动识别记录探头位置,通过蓝牙通信技术将位置信息无线传输至检测装置主机,实现了钻孔内部瓦斯气体参数测量数据与测点位置的自动匹配。改进后的检测装置仅需移动探头位置就可自动完成孔内瓦斯气体参数测量,操作简便,有利于提高检测效率。The probe position of the gas leakage channel detection device for gas drainage borehole depends on manual identification and input,which is tedious and error-prone,resulting in confusion between gas parameter measurement data inside the borehole and the position of the measuring point,which affects the determination of the position of the gas leakage channel.Designed by using Hall sensor to automatically identifie and recorde the probe positionis,by the Bluetooth communication technology to wirelessly transmit the position information to the host of the detection device,and the automatic matching of the gas parameter measurement data inside the borehole and the position of the measuring point was realized.Only needs to move the probe position,the improved detection device can automatically complete the measurements for gas parameter inside the borehole.It is easy to operate,and conducive to improving the detection efficiency.
