摘 要:在煤矿巷道掘进、采煤接续紧张的背景下,基于优化延伸输送带工艺、科学组织掘进作业、提高掘进效率,并考虑煤矿地质条件的复杂性,研制一种单圆班内不用插接H架、临时用作机架支撑机尾输送带的掘进工作面自移机尾用伸缩机身。对其结构组成、参数及技术特点进行了阐述,介绍了其工艺配套和生产工艺。根据该装备在煤矿的使用情况,对其应用中出现的问题进行了改进。该装备结构简单、动作简洁、可靠性高、适应范围广、操作方便。Under the background of tight continuity for roadway excavation and coal mining in coal mine,based on optimization of extending conveyor belt process,scientific organization of excavation operations,improve the efficiency of excavation and considering the complexity of coal mine geological conditions,a retractable body for self-moving tail of excavation face was developed,which needs no plug-in H frame in a cycle shift and is used as the frame to support tail conveyor belt provisionally.The structure composition,parameters and technical characteristics were described,and introduced its technology matching and production technology.According to the use conditions of this equipment in coal mine,the problems in its application were improved.This equipment has the simple structure,simple action,high reliability,wide application range and convenient operation.
