摘　　要：从系统设计、控制技术、应用案例等方面详细介绍了矸石充填运输集控系统的研究成果和实际应用经验。该系统采用西门子S7-1500 PLC作为其控制核心,实现对矸石在填料点、带式输送机、筛分、破碎、储料仓、给料机、投料管道等环节的全过程监控,实现了对带式输送机、除铁器、破碎机、振动筛、给料机及相关设备的检修、单控、集控等操作方式,并建立了一整套安全监控系统,显著提高了系统的安全性。研究表明,该系统不仅能够有效处理矸石、减少环境污染,还能通过智能化控制提高整体效能。Introduced in detail the research results and practical application experiences of the gangue filling transportation integrated control system from aspects of system design,control technology and application cases.This system employs Siemens S7-1500 PLC as its core control unit,and realizes comprehensive monitoring of gangue throughout processes including filling points,belt conveyors,screening,crushing,storage bins,feeders and feed pipes.Realizes the operation modes such as maintenance,single control and centralized control of belt conveyor,iron remover,crusher,vibrating screen,feeder and related equipments.A comprehensive safety monitoring system has been established,which significantly enhances system safety.The research shows that this system not only effectively manages gangue and reduces environmental pollution,but also enhances overall efficiency through intelligent control.
