摘　　要：提出了基于自动化电牵引采煤机的北尔屏幕应用方案,对北尔屏幕在功能、通信、显示方面的特点进行了介绍。北尔屏幕不但满足自动化电牵引采煤机基础显示功能,而且可以通过相应组态软件进行显示界面设计,支持脚本编辑,并拥有数据记录和曲线显示功能。北尔屏幕在自动化电牵引采煤机上的应用,直接有效地提升了采煤机的人机交互体验,提高了采煤机的智能化程度。Proposed an application scheme of Beijer screen based on the automatic electric traction shearer,and introduced the features of Beijer screen in terms of function,communication and display.Beijer screen not only meets the basic display function of automatic electric traction shearer,but also can design the display interface through corresponding configuration software,support script editing,and has data recording and curve display functions.The application of Beijer screen in the automatic electric traction shearer directly and effectively enhances the human-machine interaction experience of the shearer and elevates the intelligence level of the shearer.
