摘  要:当前,矿业安全生产备受瞩目,矿用本安类产品的质量与可靠性至关重要。传统装配检测方式效率低、精度不足,难以满足行业严苛标准。设计了一种矿用本安类产品柔性自动装配检测产线平台,创新性地融合柔性装配技术、机器人多功能应用技术、智能拧紧技术、PLC控制技术及智能物流技术,秉持模块化设计理念,线路板焊接引入激光自动焊接与视觉识别,检测模块涵盖外观、耐压、绝缘、性能等关键维度检测。经实践验证,该平台显著提升生产效率、产品质量,降低成本,为矿用本安产品制造企业智能化转型注入强劲动力,极具推广价值。At present,mine safety production has attracted much attention,the quality and reliability of mine intrinsically safe products are of crucial importance.Traditional assembly and inspection methods are inefficient and lack precision,and are difficult to meet the stringent standards of the industry.Designed a flexible automatic assembly and inspection production line platform for mine intrinsically safe products,which innovatively integrates flexible assembly technology,multifunctional robot application technology,intelligent tightening technology,PLC control technology and intelligent logistics technology.Adhering to the modular design concept,laser automatic welding and visual recognition are introduced for circuit board welding,and the inspection module covers key dimension inspections such as appearance,pressure resistance,insulation and performance.Verified by the practice,this platform significantly improves production efficiency and product quality,and reduces costs,which injects strong impetus into the intelligent transformation of mine intrinsically safe product manufacturing enterprises and possesses great promotion value.
