摘 要:介绍了锚杆钻机2级进给结构、姿态调整和钻孔功能。钻机自动钻孔过程中自动旋转、自动进给上升、自动进给下降的故障难以排查,从液压集成控制阀组原理和控制回路分解角度对故障进行分析,找出故障原因,提出改进措施,对钻机集成控制系统的设计和使用、维护有一定的参考意义。The two-stage feed structure,attitude adjustment and drilling function of anchor drilling rig were introduced.Faults of automatic rotate,automatic feed up and automatic feed down in the process of automatic drilling are difficult to troubleshoot.The faults were analyzed from the principle of hydraulic integrated control valve group and the decomposition of control loop,the causes were found out,and the improvement measures were proposed,which has a certain reference significance for the design,using and maintenance of the integrated control system of drilling rig.
