摘  要:针对传统巷道围岩变形监测方法存在数据采集效率低、数据形式不直观、相对精度低、无法全断面连续监测等问题,提出了一种基于移动式三维激光扫描技术的巷道围岩变形监测方法。利用移动式三维激光扫描技术获取巷道围岩真实的三维点云数据,同时定期对巷道易变形区域进行三维激光扫描,利用多尺度模型到模型的点云对比(M3C2)算法对2期点云数据进行处理,设置合适的参数,以色值大小体现巷道围岩表面位移变化,实现巷道三维全断面围岩变形监测。将该方法应用于某煤矿21407工作面回风巷围岩变形监测,通过不同的颜色区域可以有效判别围岩的变形情况。In response to the issues of low data collection efficiency,non-intuitive data formats,relatively low accuracy and inability to conduct full-section continuous monitoring in traditional methods for monitoring roadway surrounding rock deformation,a roadway surrounding rock deformation monitoring method based on mobile 3D laser scanning technology has been proposed.Used mobile 3D laser scanning technology to acquire accurate 3D point cloud data of the roadway surrounding rock.Concurrently,involved regular 3D laser scanning of areas prone to deformation within the roadway.The multi-scale model-to-model point cloud comparison(M3C2)algorithm is then used to process the point cloud data from two different periods.By setting appropriate parameters,visualizes the displacement changes on the surface of the roadway surrounding rock through color gradients,thereby achieves 3D full-section monitoring of roadway surrounding rock deformation.This method was applied to monitor the deformation of surrounding rock in the return air roadway of the 21407 working face in a coal mine,and can effectively assess the deformation status of the surrounding rock through different color zones.
