摘 要:受综采工作面现场作业环境强振动、高湿度、光线昏暗、高煤尘的影响,液压支架支护位姿智能控制的难度较高。提出了一种综采工作面液压支架支护位姿智能控制系统。该系统具有液压支架顶梁和立柱定位速度快、实时同步数据、对煤层顶板性状适应性强及结构简单等特点,可与地面控制台建立实时通信,实现液压支架的3DVR数字化监控和支护位姿的智能调整,从而保证液压支架在井下复杂环境中支护的有效性和准确性。Affected by strong vibration,high humidity,dim light and high coal dust in on-site working environment in fully mechanized mining face,the intelligent control of supporting position and attitude of hydraulic support is more difficult.An intelligent control system for supporting position and attitude of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face was proposed.This system has the characteristics of fast positioning speed of hydraulic support top beam and column,real-time synchronous data,strong adaptability to coal seam roof and simple structure,and can establish real-time communication with the ground console,which realizes the 3DVR digital monitoring of hydraulic support and the intelligent adjustment of the supporting position and attitude,so as to ensure the supporting effectiveness and accuracy of hydraulic support in the complex underground environment.
