摘 要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,传统煤矿行业正经历着前所未有的智能化转型。深入探讨了智慧煤矿建设的系统架构与关键技术,旨在构建一个高效、安全、可持续的煤矿生产新模式。提出智慧煤矿整体框架,以生产调度系统、能源管理系统、智能监测与预警系统等为核心,通过高度集成与协同作业,实现了煤矿生产全过程的智能化、自动化和精细化管理。在智慧煤矿的系统架构设计中,强调了顶层设计的重要性。通过构建统一的数据平台,实现各子系统间数据的无缝对接与共享,为决策支持、生产优化和安全管理提供强有力的数据支撑。同时,注重系统的模块化与可扩展性,以适应煤矿生产环境的复杂多变和未来发展的需求。在关键技术方面,重点分析了设备兼容性、标准化接口、大数据分析、云计算应用等挑战与解决方案。提出了基于标准协议和接口转换技术的解决方案,以确保不同厂商设备间的无缝集成。标准化接口的建立为系统的互联互通和后续升级维护提供了便利。此外,大数据分析技术在智慧煤矿中发挥着至关重要的作用。通过对海量生产数据的深度挖掘与分析,可以及时发现生产过程中的异常与隐患,为生产调度、能源管理和安全预警提供科学依据。With the rapid development of information technology,the traditional coal mining industry is undergoing an unprecedented intelligent transformation.Deeply discussed the system structure and key technology of intelligent coal mine construction in order to construct a new mode of coal mine production with high efficiency,safety and sustainability.Put forward the whole frame of intelligent coal mine,takes the production dispatching system,energy management system,intelligent monitoring and early warning system as the core,through highly integrated and cooperative operation,the intelligent,automatic and fine management of the whole process of coal mine production is realized.In the system architecture design of intelligent coal mine,emphasized the importance of top-floor design.By constructing a unified data platform,the data can be seamlessly linked and shared among subsystems,which provides strong data support for decision support,production optimization and safety management.At the same time,pays attention to the modularization and expansibility of the system to adapt to the complex and changeable coal mine production environment and future development needs.In the aspect of key technology,focused on the challenges and solutions of equipment compatibility,standardized interface,big data analysis and artificial intelligence application.A solution based on standard protocol and interface conversion technology was proposed to ensure seamless integration between different equipment manufacturers.The establishment of standardized interface facilitates the interworking and subsequent maintenance of the system.In addition,big data analysis technology plays a vital role in intelligent coal mines.Through the deep mining and analysis of mass production data,can find the abnormal and hidden trouble in the production process in time,and provides scientific basis for production scheduling,energy management and security early warning.
