摘  要:通过分析一台生物质锅炉的设计案例,明确差速床锅炉控制低温腐蚀的方法,即利用差速循环流化床的低温环保特性进行燃烧组织,设置合理的防积灰方案,采用优质管材,同时布置给水空气加热器提高风温。通过分析给水空气加热器对锅炉的影响及两种不同布置方案的具体数据,发现锅炉采用差速床塔形炉膛耦合复式烟道结构并设置给水空气加热器可明显改善锅炉尾部低温腐蚀。By analyzing a design case of a differential velocity circulating fluidized biomass boiler,the method of controlling cold end corrosion in a differential bed boiler is clarified,which involves utilizing the low-temperature environmental protection characteristics of a differential velocity bed to organize combustion,setting up a reasonable anti ash scheme,using high-quality pipes,and arranging a feedwater air heater to increase air temperature.By analyzing the impact of the feedwater air heater on the boiler and the specific data of two different layout schemes,it is found that using a differential velocity bed tower furnace coupled with a compound flue structure and installing a feedwater air heater can significantly improve the cold end corrosion at the tail of the boiler.
