心理资本驱动下的大学生心理健康教育课程创新研究

摘　　要：心理资本是积极心理学的主要研究领域,是个体积极心理品质的核心成分,心理资本的开发能有效促进个体的心理健康。本文探讨心理资本理论在大学生心理健康教育课程中的应用,并从开发心理资本四个核心成分的维度对大学生心理健康教育课程的教学目标、课程设计基本原则、课程内容进行了分析和探索,为提升大学生积极心理品质和提高大学生心理健康教育课程的质量提供理论借鉴和创新思路。Psychological capital is the main research field of positive psychology and the core component of individual positive psychological quality.The development of psychological capital can effectively promote individual mental health.This paper discusses the application of psychological capital theory in college students’mental health education courses,analyzes and explores the teaching objectives,basic principles of course design and course content of college students’mental health education courses from the dimension of four core components for developing psychological capital,so as to improve the positive psychological quality of college students and improve the quality of mental health education courses to provide theoretical reference and innovative ideas.
