摘 要:探讨不同掺量及细度的微硅粉和气硅对植筋胶性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,微硅粉颗粒越细,基体密实程度越大,抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度越高;随着微硅粉掺量的增加,拉伸抗剪强度、正拉粘接强度下降,且会导致耐湿热老化能力衰减;气硅用量增加,不利于植筋胶形成规整的交联网络结构,强度下降明显,相反受高温破坏影响会减弱,耐热老化性能衰减幅度降低。因此,确定3.5份(phr)气硅、175份(phr)300目微硅粉制备的植筋胶可满足GB 50728-2011中A级胶标准,且耐热老化、耐湿热老化能力优异。植筋胶应用于隧道垫层拼接缝的U型筋植筋,可起到良好的锚固作用。The effects of silica fume and gas silicon with different dosages and fineness on the properties of planting bar adhesive were discussed.The results show that the finer the silica fume particles,the greater the density of the matrix,and the higher the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength.With the increase of silica fume,the tensile shear strength and forward tensile bonding strength decrease,and the resistance to damp heat aging will be attenuated.The increase in the amount of gas silicon is not conducive to the formation of a regular cross-linked network structure of the planting bar adhesive,and the strength decreases significantly,on the contrary,it will be weakened by high temperature damage,and the attenuation range of heat aging resistance will be reduced.Therefore,it was determined that the planting bar adhesive prepared by 3.5 parts of gas silicon and 175 parts of 300 mesh silica fume could meet the standard of grade A glue in GB 50728-2011,and had excellent heat aging resistance and damp heat aging resistance.The reinforcement glue is applied to the U-shaped reinforcement of the tunnel cushion splicing joint,which can play a good anchoring role.
