摘 要:随着新能源汽车的市场扩大,电机的工作效率受到广泛关注。针对预涂敷粘胶涂层的硅钢片制造电机定子铁芯的工程应用,探究粘接参数对定子铁芯的力学性能和磁性能影响,并对不同参数下的涡流损耗进行数值模拟。通过与焊接工艺对比表明,拉拔力提高了388.26%,粘接工艺表现出更优异的力学性能。同时,由于焊缝导致铁芯的磁滞损耗和涡流损耗显著增加,焊接工艺造成铁损增加较为明显,相比焊接工艺,2.7μm和3.55μm涂层厚度条件下,粘接样品的铁损分别降低27.60%、26.58%,磁性能方面表现出良好性能。粘接工艺制作的定子铁芯的铁损随着叠压压力的增大而降低,相比85 N叠压压力,210 N和420 N压力条件下,铁损分别降低0.75%、1.91%。With the expansion of the market of new energy vehicles,the working efficiency of the motor has received extensive attention.Focusing on the engineering application of pre-coated silicon steel sheets to manufacture stator cores of motors,the influence of bonding parameters on the mechanical and magnetic properties of stator cores was explored,and the eddy current losses under different parameters were numerically simulated.Compared with the welding process,the pull-out force was increased by 388.26%,and the bonding process showed better mechanical properties.At the same time,due to the significant increase in hysteresis loss and eddy current loss of the iron core caused by the weld,the iron loss caused by the welding process increased significantly.Compared with the welding process,the iron loss of the bonded sample was reduced by 27.60%and 26.58%respectively under the conditions of 2.7μm and 3.55μm coating thickness and the magnetic properties showed good performance.The iron loss of the stator core made by the bonding process decreased with the increase of the lamination pressure.Compared with the 85 N stacking pressure,the iron loss of the stator core made by the bonding process decreased by 0.75%and 1.91%under the pressure of 210 N and 420 N,respectively.
