不同密封剂对不同涂层之间粘附的影响及其粘接性能

摘　　要：研究了不同密封剂与不同涂层系统之间的粘接性,同时,验证了喷漆表面不做打磨处理和打磨处理后粘接性能变化。结果表明,HM120 B-4密封剂与多种涂层系统粘接性较差,在面漆上涂敷HM120密封剂前需进行充分打磨;HM113、HM1123密封剂在QH-15+QFS-15B、BFJ-1901-1+BFJ-1901-2、CTN-3728+CTA-3761涂层系统粘接性差,而与QH-15+QFS-15E3、HDY-H06-Y010+HDY-S04-22涂层系统的粘接性好,可不打磨进行涂覆使用;HM317密封剂与QH-15+QFS-15B涂层系统粘接适应性好,可不打磨进行涂覆使用;不建议在面漆表面涂敷JLG-103 B-2密封剂。The adhesion between different sealants and different coating systems was studied,and the changes in adhesive properties of the painted surface without sanding and after sanding were verified.The results showed that HM120 B-4 sealant had poor adhesion to a variety of coating systems,and it was necessary to fully polish HM120 sealant before applying HM120 sealant on the topcoat.HM113 and HM1123 sealants had poor adhesion to QH-15 QFS-15B,BFJ-1901-1 BFJ-1901-2 and CTN-3728 CTA-3761 coating systems,but had good adhesion to QH-15 QFS-15E3 and HDY-H06-Y010 HDY-S04-22 coating systems,and could be coated without grinding.HM317 sealant had good adhesion adaptability to QH-15 QFS-15B coating system,and could be coated without grinding.It was not recommended to apply JLG-103 B-2 sealant to the surface of the topcoat.
