摘  要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)以及聚酯多元醇作为原料,对其实施分布预聚后,在水中自乳化,对其制作而成的胶粘剂性能研究。结果发现,DMPA含量为3%~8%情况下,胶粘剂性能稳定,且其黏度会随着DMPA含量逐渐加大而提升;不同反应阶段反应时间和温度存在一定差异;加入去离子水,同时成盐以及乳化,可以取得良好的乳液性能;将溶解有三乙胺的水加入到预聚体中,可以有效避免分散后颗粒聚集,取得良好的乳液性能。Toluene diisocyanate(TDI),dihydroxymethylpropionic acid(DMPA)and polyester polyol were used as raw materials,and then self-emulsified in water after distribution prepolymerization,and the performance of adhesives made from them was studied.The results showed that when the DMPA content was 3%~8%,the adhesive performance was stable,and its viscosity would increase with the gradual increase of DMPA content.There were certain differences in reaction time and temperature in different reaction stages.The addition of deionized water,salt formation and emulsification at the same time could achieve good emulsion performance.Adding water dissolved with triethylamine to the prepolymer could effectively avoid the aggregation of particles after dispersion and achieve good emulsion performance.
