高弹性环氧基裂缝修补材料在绿色墙体修复中的应用

摘  要:为修复改善裂缝绿色建筑墙体的性能,研究高弹性环氧基裂缝修补材料在绿色建筑墙体修复中的应用。使用双酚A型环氧树脂制备高弹性环氧基裂缝修补材料后,利用化学注浆法将其注入由B05级粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块制备的绿色建筑墙体试件裂缝中,通过微机液压万能试验机检测试件的力学性能与耐久性能。检测结果显示,所制备的高弹性环氧基裂缝修补材料性能较优,满足GB/T50728-2011对改性环氧基混凝土裂缝注浆料的性能要求。绿色建筑墙体修补后试件抗压强度、抗折强度均大于33 MPa、3 MPa,力学性能提升;且修复绿色建筑墙体裂缝后,墙体电通量数值满足标准值655 C,墙体力学性能、耐久性得到修复改善。In order to repair and improve the performance of cracked green building walls,the application of high-elastic epoxy-based crack repair materials in the repair of green building walls was studied.After the high-elasticity epoxy crack repair material was prepared by bisphenol A epoxy resin,it was injected into the cracks of green building wall specimens prepared by B05 fly ash aerated concrete blocked by chemical grouting method,and the mechanical properties and durability of the test specimens were tested by microcomputer hydraulic universal test.The test results showed that the prepared high-elasticity epoxy-based crack repair material had better performance and met the performance requirements of GB/T50728-2011 for modified epoxy-based concrete crack grout.The compressive strength and flexural strength of the specimens were greater than 33 MPa and 3 MPa after the repair of the green building wall,and the mechanical properties were improved.After repairing the cracks in the green building wall,the electrical flux value of the wall met the standard value of 655 C,and the mechanical properties and durability of the wall were repaired and improved.
