摘  要:研究了物流包装用有机硅改性环氧树脂封装胶的制备与粘接性能,以提高物流包装的可靠性。主要原料为烯丙基缩水甘油醚和1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,通过硅氢加成反应合成有机硅预聚体EP-Si,作为增韧剂。将EP-Si与双酚A型环氧树脂、固化剂等混合,制备封装胶试件。研究显示,当EP-Si用量为4.8 phr时,封装胶的粘接强度最大。EP-Si能增韧E-44环氧树脂,改性后的封装胶断面粗糙,不易产生裂纹,接触角增大,吸水率降低,防潮性能良好。在50、-30℃和室温条件下,该封装胶均能保证物流包装的完好封装。In order to improve the reliability of logistics packaging,the preparation and adhesive properties of silicone-modified epoxy resin encapsulants for logistics packaging were studied.The main raw materials were allyl glycidyl ether and 1,1,3,3|tetramethyldisiloxane,and the organosilicon prepolymer EP-Si was synthesized by silicon-hydrogenation reaction as a toughening agent.EP-Si was mixed with bisphenol A-type epoxy resin and curing agent to prepare encapsulant specimens.Studies showed that the adhesive strength of encapsulant was highest when EP-Si was used at 4.8 phr.EP-Si could toughen E-44 epoxy resin,the modified encapsulant section was rough,not easy to crack,the contact angle was increased,the water absorption rate was reduced,and the moisture-proof performance was good.At 50,-30℃and at room temperature,the encapsulant ensured a good encapsulation of the logistics package.
