摘 要:为研究开级配抗滑磨耗层(OGFC)改性路面高粘沥青胶浆粘弹特性,使用热塑性弹性体(SBS)和三嵌共聚物材料(SEBS)结合玄武岩矿料制备改性剂,将改性剂与基质沥青混合,制备出OGFC改性路面用高粘沥青胶浆。试验结果显示,粉胶比为1.6时,该沥青的黏度最适宜,经过改性后该沥青弹性恢复率优越,低温环境下,该沥青弯曲蠕变速率数值较高,能够用于低温环境OGFC路面;高温环境与高应力环境下该沥青应变数值均较高,能够应用于高温环境和高应力环境的OGFC路面。In order to study the viscoelastic properties of high-viscosity asphalt mortar on open-graded anti-skid abrasion layer(OGFC)modified pavement,a modified asphalt mortar for OGFC modified pavement was prepared by using thermoplastic elastomer(SBS)and tri-embedded copolymer material(SEBS)combined with basalt ore,and the modifier was mixed with matrix asphalt to prepare high-viscosity asphalt mortar for OGFC modified pavement.The test results showed that when the powder-glue ratio was 1.6,the viscosity of the asphalt was the most suitable,the elastic recovery rate of the asphalt was superior after modification,the bending creep rate value of the asphalt was high in the low temperature environment,and the asphalt strain value was high in the high temperature environment and high stress environment,and can be applied to the OGFC pavement in the high temperature environment and high stress environment.
