摘 要:采用田口设计方法对城市轨道车辆聚氨酯密封胶胶粘接头检修工艺进行了深入研究。研究检修过程中老化胶层的切割、修补工艺,选择检修胶面的切口截面形状和截面胶线长度这2个影响因素作为变量因子,选择检修胶条本体拉伸强度作为响应数据。利用田口方法对胶条老化前、后的响应数据进行分析,筛选出最优的检修工艺组合。按照最优条件重新制备胶条完成强度验证,分析了老化前与老化后实验数据变化的原因,为聚氨酯密封胶胶粘接头的检修工艺提出了实用性建议。The maintenance process of polyurethane sealant adhesive joints for urban rail vehicles was studied in depth by using the Taguchi design method.The cutting and repairing process of the aging rubber layer in the maintenance process was studied,the two influencing factors of the incision section shape and the length of the cross-section glue line of the maintenance rubber surface were selected as the variable factors,and the tensile strength of the maintenance rubber strip body was selected as the response data.The Taguchi method was used to analyze the response data before and after the aging of the rubber strip,and the optimal combination of maintenance processes was selected.According to the optimal conditions,the strength verification was completed,and the reasons for the change of experimental data before and after aging were analyzed,and practical suggestions were put forward for the maintenance process of polyurethane sealant adhesive joints.
