摘 要:为提高医用器械表面清漆的自修复性能,通过对W_(18)O_(49)纳米线材进行改性得到M-W_(18)O_(49),并将改性后的W_(18)O_(49)双(2-羟乙基)二硫醚(HEDS)与线性聚丙烯酸酯LPA物理共混制备了带有W_(18)O_(49)和HEDS的W_(18)O_(49)-WAAS复合涂层,只有HEDS的H-WAAS涂层,不带有W_(18)O_(49)和HEDS的纯水性丙烯酸酯WAAS涂层,同时通过对所制备的三种涂层进行性能测试,分析几种水性丙烯酸酯涂层的性能与自修复能力。结果表明,通过将W_(18)O_(49)线材和γ-MPS物理共混,成功对W_(18)O_(49)线材进行改性得到了M-W_(18)O_(49);W_(18)O_(49)和HEDS的加入不会改变水性丙烯酸酯的玻璃化温度,W_(18)O_(49)的加入还能有效提高W_(18)O_(49)-WAAS复合涂层的耐热性能;W_(18)O_(49)-WAAS复合涂层在550 nm处的透光率好,是一种高透明性材料;W_(18)O_(49)的加入能实现W_(18)O_(49)-WAAS复合涂层在NIR辐照下对划痕的自修复。In order to improve the self-healing performance of the varnish on the surface of medical devices,M-W_(18)O_(49)was obtained by modifying the W_(18)O_(49)nanowire,and the modified W_(18)O_(49)bis(2-hydroxyethyl)disulfide(HEDS)and linear polyacrylate LPA were physically blended to prepare the W_(18)O_(49)-WAAS composite coating with W_(18)O_(49)and HEDS,only the H-WAAS coating of HEDS,and the pure waterborne acrylic WAAS coating without W_(18)O_(49)and HEDS.At the same time,the performance tests of three kinds of prepared coatings were carried out to analyze the performance and self-healing ability of several waterborne acrylic coatings.The results showed that the W_(18)O_(49)wire was successfully modified by physically mixing the W_(18)O_(49)wire withγ-MPS,and M-W_(18)O_(49)was obtained.The addition of W_(18)O_(49)and HEDS would not change the glass transition temperature of waterborne acrylates,and the addition of W_(18)O_(49)could also effectively improve the heat resistance of W_(18)O_(49)-WAAS composite coatings.W_(18)O_(49)-WAAS composite coating had good light transmittance at 550 nm and was a highly transparent material.The addition of W_(18)O_(49)can realize the self-repair of scratches by W_(18)O_(49)-WAAS composite coating under NIR irradiation.
